- Dr. Bharath Kumar K.K. is a Professor with 24 years of rich experience in teaching and research.
- He is currently associated with the Cauvery Group of Institutions, Cauvery College of Management.
- He serves as a Research Guide at the University of Mysore, where he has successfully guided 7 research scholars, out of which 4 have been awarded Ph.D. Dr. Bharath Kumar has made significant contributions to academia with 4 books authored and published and over 50 research articles in reputed journals.
- He also actively serves as a journal reviewer, examiner, and BOE member for several universities.

Ms. Nandini R She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with pedagogy in Geography and Commerce. She has also qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).

She brings over five years of academic experience, including one year of teaching at the Pre-University level and four years of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. Before joining academia, she gained one year of professional experience as a Cashier, which strengthened her practical understanding of financial operations and business practices.

Her notable academic participations include a three-day workshop on “Accounting Package Tally (ERP.9) and XBRL” organized by the UGC-HRD Centre, Mysuru, a workshop on “VUCA Times and Challenges for HR” organized by SDM Institute of Management Development, Mysuru, a state-level workshop on “Challenges and Opportunities in the Banking and Insurance Sector” organized by Sri Nataraja Post Graduate Centre, Mysuru, and a UGC-sponsored state-level seminar on “Changing Structure in Indian Commerce” organized by SBRR Mahajana First Grade College PG Wing, Mysuru.
